Feedback gevenWent to the drive-thru on Webster with my sig other on a Wednesday evening, around 8pm, and wondered why every staff member seemed so resentful. No smiles, okay, but minimal verbal acknowledgment and even slightly hostile faces and demeanor. Like they were angry we were there. We were in a great mood, on the way home from visiting my newborn grandson in the hospital, but McDs wasn't having that feelgood energy, that night. Good vibes not allowed, I guess.
Went in to get a burger and fries, came out with a bit of cardboard and elongated ice cubes. Burger was dry and the bun was HARD like it was sitting out for days, fries were cold like they've been sitting out for an hour in a refrigerator. Threw it all away so i dont get sick from this disasterous store, burger didnt even fall apart its so damn dry and hard. Serious health concerns at this location. No dinner for me before work, thanks McDonalds..
Wow Just wow my allergy to onion is a serious one and yet u piled on the onions! Even after I specifically said I was allergic! This is the second McDonald's to do this honestly does it take someone to die to get it rightDietary restrictions: No onions major allergy
