Moe's Southwest Grill - Green Bay

I ordered a burrito bowl, but the rice was hard as a rock, which really ruined my meal. If I could, I would rate it 1.5 stars. The bowl could have been great if the rice had been properly cooked, but as it was, I ended up tossing half of it out.

Welcome to Moe's! That was the warm greeting we received when we first walked in the door. Unfortunately, that welcoming atmosphere has faded over time, which is disappointing. The cheerful singing that used to greet us is now just a memory. Don't get me wrong, the food is still quite good, and we always look forward to our annual tradition of having lunch at Moe's during Packers Family Night. However, the lack of friendliness from the moment we enter until we leave has led us to consider other dining options. While the food is generally enjoyable, the chips have been consistently stale during our last two visits, which is off-putting.

Place was disgusting, food was so overly salty and dry, none of us could even finish a quarter of our food. One of us was almost immediately sick. This whole experience was just a train wreck.

I got homewrecker Burrito with Tofu. It was delicious! The staff was helpful and nice Unfortunately, after I started forming a line there behind me, and the workers forget to put my side of queso in my chip pocket. Is there anything I can pick up some at my next visit to the one I lost?

Horrible experience! They used to be great, well not anymore...They put barely any food in those bowls, employees are crabby and unwilling to provide any customer service at all. Way understaffed, undertrained and probably underpaid too. The cashier was the worst, she was very rude. It took me ONE HOUR to get my food, the line was not that bad, but they kept squeezing to-go orders in between instead of having somebody designated to handling them, at least on Mondays. They kept running out of ingredients and overall was just a nightmare. I patiently waited for about 40 mins but after that, they really got on my nerves. They have no idea of what they are doing. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. I went to the Oneida location where I used to go often, but after today, I will never go back there. Shame!
