Pablo's Mexican - Green Bay

I've visited Pablo's several times, and I've always been impressed. The salads and guacamole are always fresh, and their burritos, chimichangas, and tacos are fantastic. They offer a wide selection of tequila, and their custom margaritas are even better than the standard ones, which are still quite good. Overall, it’s excellent Mexican food located on Green Bay's Far Eastern side.

Pablo's is a bit tucked away from the street, featuring beautiful, bright decor and pleasant background music. They have a full-service bar, and I’m thrilled to have discovered our new favorite spot for Mexican cuisine! The warm, fresh, thick tortilla chips with their house-made salsa were a delightful treat. The chicken fajitas were fantastic, and my husband ordered an incredibly large burrito packed with bacon. It's definitely not for the faint of heart—but it’s absolutely delicious!

On the day I visited, there was only one waitress, and I'm not sure if there were any others working. The service was lacking, and the most disappointing part was that the food was served cold. The waitress attributed the cold temperature to the condiments in the burrito, like the tomato and sour cream. However, the melted cheese on top was also cold, suggesting that the burrito had been sitting out for a while before it reached our table. I expected an authentic Mexican dining experience, but unfortunately, it didn't meet my expectations.

The lady probably the owner I have no idea) is really rude. We’re the only ones here and all I hear is microwaves… it just opened I shouldn’t be hearing microwave doors. doors were still locked at 11 my 4 yr, myself, and fiancé were out in the cold.

Terrible management! Disgusting food that gave us diarrhea and dirty tables. If you want the most unauthentic spoiled “mexican” food visit Pablos! Sat down to a dirty table.When ordering our food we were served a basket with tortilla chips and a small cup of salsa a plastic condiment cup to be exact. She took our drink order and then asked if we needed a couple minutes to look at the menu. We looked at the menu and we were ready to order within a few minutes and she did not come back for almost 15 to 20 minutes to take her order. I ordered the Carne Asada. That is not what I received. They brought me out a top round steak full of fat with raw warmed up onion on top. I took one bite and could tell the meat was spoiled. I then took a bite of my rice and it was too salty to eat. My daughters fries were cold but burger was tasty. My mother ordered the fajitas and the chicken had a vinegar taste to it but she ate because she was hungry. When the waitress came back she asked if everything was ok. I stated my complaints but was never rude. I just wasn’t pleased with the food and wanted it sent back. The waitress apologized and said she would get her manager. The manager came huffing over clearly upset she stated that I would have to pay for a meal I didn’t eat and that I’m the only one complaining. Basically her attitude was that I was the problem. From there it turned into a screaming match. The level of unprofessionalism from wait staff to management is alarming. Then to top it off ten minutes into the car ride home my mother had to stop to use the restroom. She has now had diarrhea so bad that she has to stay close to the bathroom. They should be shut down!
