Starbucks - Green Bay

Never a bad experience. This last time someone ahead of me paid for my coffee. Nice surprise.

The workers here were so sweet and friendly they were so happy to decorate my nieces cup for her birthday ????????

Today I went to the one inside of Target on Cormier rd. As soon as I got up to the counter a young gentleman told me sorry they were closed for the day. I expressed my feelings of disappointment cuz i was super bummed, as the Starbucks that is close to my house has been closed for quite some time. The gentleman behind the counter apologized and I told him it was fine and wasn't his fault. He then proceeds to ask me what type of drink I was looking for, I told him and he explained he could only make me a cold brew, fine with me! Bottom line, the guy was so very nice and welcoming even though they were closed! He still made the effort to make sure I was happy and he did what he could. One of the best experiences I've ever had at Starbucks!

Weakest Starbucks I've been to, the guy was really polite and nice but the girl making our coffee was interesting. Didn't really taste right and I always get the same thing from every Starbucks I've been to since I lived in Colorado and it never tastes any different other than at this one and all the sugar in my girlfriend's coffee was at the bottom of the cup.

Ordered a large cappuccino and my cup was half full. Expressed my disappointment and was told that cappuccino is half foam, that's what you get....ahhh, I've been ordering cappuccino for years and my cup is always full!! Never again, I'll go to Dunkin and get what I pay for, A full cup!!
