I went there for dinner and was surprised how authentic the food was. Traditional Cantonese cuisine. You can't go wrong by having a meal here. My friend who was with me said their Dim Sum was good.as well. He once waited 1.5 hrs on a Sunday at 1:30pm in the afternoon for a table! That's how busy this place gets on a weekend. As for portion sizes, normal. Price wise, much higher than pre-pandemic prices.
I grew up in Chinatown Manhattan and spoil with good dim sum. As a Cantonese, this restuarant has the best Dim Sum in all of NJ. To get anything better than this, you have to travel to brooklyn. Dim Sum is legit/authentic.
Great Cantonese food. Friendly staff. Had lunch specials and ordered Dimsum for takeout. Overall satisfied and will go again.Parking: Easy access from route 22
Steamed chicken was soft and full of flavor. The ginger scallion sauce wonderfully accentuates the chicken. Lobster was soft and chewy. Sticky rice was chewy. Flounder was my favorite. Super soft and paired wonderfully with soy sauce. Spare ribs were crisp with the sweet and sourness from the plum sauce. Just be careful dried plums were used for the sauce and the pits from the dried plums are mixed with the ribs. We also ordered the cilantro and mixed beef soup which can serve about 6 people/bowls which was delicious. I loved how this restaurant also serves free red bean soup for dessert as well as oranges.
