Slow service, Cold chicken, no biscuits, incorrect coffee order. Nice people, but terrible service. Go out of your way to stop at a different location. This place is cooked.

I watched an employee drop a sandwich on the floor and still serve it

Waited 15 minutes and the coffee was cold it was made wrong. The employee was talking to another employee for 5 minutes as we sat at the drive through window watching and waiting. The employee seemed mad when she handed us our coffee. I’d we pay 15.00 for coffees they should be made right we won’t be back!

In the mornings takes 8 min on average to take drive thru orders additional 6 min to get your order. That's 15 min per car in the drive thru line. What is happening at this location? Why does it take a long time to get service. It looks as if they are fully stuffed, what is the issue then?

Just opened nut rinning smoothly. The donuts were delicious and service very good.
