Smoothie King - Green Hill

They take FOREVER to bring out the order. Back in August 2023 I waited over 20 minutes and vowed I would never return. Today, I decided to give it another go. I was the only one in the drive thru, at the start, so surely it would be quick. Nope. Then I look and see 3 workers! It took 15 minutes! How in **** name does it take this long to make one acai bowl. They also don 't open the window until they have completely made it. No, I am sorry for the delay. It 'll take just a moment. The only reason why I tried again was really because it is a good smoothie bowl. Other than that, every thing else sucks!

Placed an order for 7 smoothies via my Smoothie King app, including pre-paying for the drinks. When I arrived at the store, during my specified time, there was a sign on the door that simply said closed early sorry . At no point did anyone from the store attempt to reach out to me before they closed (over 4 hours early) to inform me of their early closure nor have I been contacted after the fact to provide me with a refund of my order which was not received. This pains me as a longtime SK customer, but based on all the other reviews, it looks like you are better off skipping this location.

Honestly one of the best smoothies I've had. Got the Mango Kale with a spoon of peanut butter. Perfectly smooth, not watery, not clumpy, right proportions of banana, perfectly balanced flavors. Place slaps, didn't feel gross and sugary after

In the past month this company has been out of so many major stock items that are required to make their products. It doesn't seem like the employees care much at all. No one is very helpful. really and truly, I'm not sure any of the employees actually know what's going on at their own establishment. The managers in charge or either never there or they don't seem to care.

Expect to wait 15 minutes they don't start making your order until you pay in the drive through
