Good meat and three, simple, clean, good food for a reasonable price, friendly.
Burgers were delicious charred on the outside and juicing the middle. Friendly staff.Super quaint place with old time pictures.Super glad we stopped. Highly recommend going early to get a table for lunch.
1st time my family and I came here and it was hands down some of the best food I have eaten from a small mom and pop restaurant. I got the fried catfish with mashed potatoes and turnip greens with hush puppies. My wife got the country fried steak with white gravy, fried okra and Mac n cheese. We took the first bit and was in heaven. From there every bite was delicious! 10 out of 10 in my book. Will be back soon to try something else on the menu! Parking: If the few spots are gone in the front of the restaurant they have a sign that says it's more in the back.
The little gem is a well kept secret with the residents of Gladeville , TN! What a wonderful privilege it is to dine here! Southern hospitality at its finest! This quaint and cozy is absolutely special! The food is amazing: homemade comfort food made with the finest ingredients and love! I read the reviews in Google and a few other sites were either raving or trashing this place. I decided to give them a try and so glad I didn’t sway to another place! I ordered the Hamburger Steak with mushrooms, and onions in brown gravy with fried okra, fried apples, and a jalapeño cornbread muffin. Everything was perfect! I still had barely enough room and managed to order a serving of a hot fudge cake as recommended by my gracious hostess, Miss Christie, who was a true professional, who obviously takes pride in her work and loves her customers!
