Avoli Osteria - Green Meadows

Had a great group dinner at Avoli. Would recommend the Risotto. Had a good server and overall everyone enjoyed the food and wine. Vegetarian options: Our waitress helped point out what was vegetarian or what they could modify to be vegetarian which was very helpful.

Started at the bar by ordering a $9 Zipline IPA while waiting for my party to arrive. The pour was about 8oz due to foam and bartender refused to top off (seriously). Was then charged $13 for vodka soda. The receipt showed $10 for Vodka and $3 for soda. $9 for an 8oz IPA and $13 for a Tito's and soda is ridiculous and I have never seen a separate charge for the mixer. The entire experience felt like the staff was trained to increase the bill. We enjoyed the food and atmosphere but won't be back due to poor staff management.

Excellent service atmosphere. Bruschetta was awesome. The entrees were mixed reviews but overall agreed to say average in taste.

We went there for an anniversary dinner. They took our order and then a storm passing through the area took there power out. We had our salad and then ended up leaving. We will go back again and get it done. They were very cordial about all of it.

A great authentic Italian restaurant. The closest you’ll get to Tuscany in Omaha. I make it a point to go often and you should too
