In need of substantial renovation...ceilings in rooms collapsing, no hot water, non employees roaming halls and going into guest rooms, staff unresponsive...stay at your own risk.

DO NOT STAY HERE.Stayed the night, the ac was terrible, they charge 3.00 for bottled water in the room. The parking needs to be validated, everytime you leave the parking garage. There was no mini fridge...I recommend staying at Embassy Suites if staying in downtown Omaha. This place sucked.

Room was not what it was supposed to be. With two connecting rooms. One bed had no bedding. Could not get anyone to answer phone at desk. Pack and play mattress they sent up in place of a crib was filthy. Had spoiled milk in mattress. Had not been cleaned. For $550 a night I expected much better.

We had a corporate meeting in their Washington room on the 19th floor, and it was a high-quality event, thank you
