Scriptown Brewing Company

Very awesome brewery. We found ourselves in the area for the ice cream across the street but in eating said delicious ice cream we noticed this brewery across the street. We were not disappointed in this discovery. The bartender was extremely friendly and knowledgeable about the beer. He also had quite a bit of insight into local restaurants and breweries. In the end he threw in a can koozie and a whole bunch of stickers which in my book is the highest mark of a brewery outside of delicious beer. Speaking of said delicious beer, I was a fan of the Kölsh. They executed that beer very well. It is not a forgiving brew, showcases the yeast and grain bill, and is a telltale sign of good technique. They nailed it. We sampled a few others and the root beer and all were amazing, however we came back to the Kölsh. Thanks for a great visit and being good ambassadors of the City, we will be back.

Building is very cool, nice bar, front of the building opens for an open air vibe, service was average. The beer was just OK. I travel for work and go to brew houses all over the country, but this one had below average beer. I was with co-workers who I travel with, and we all agreed. I wish it was better because I liked the vibe of the room.

The beer here is decent. I got the Czech style dark lager, which is a style that has a special place in my heart, and it was good, not great.The Yotus is a good choice for the assertive IPA drinkers.I like the space too. The front opens up with large garage style doors and it's always cool to go to a brewery and be able to see into the space in which the beer is brewed.Scriptown is good, if you're in the area and it's great to support local. But, in my opinion, it's not my first choice on my list of favorites in Omaha.

This brewery was a treat to find. The beer here is super tasty and the employees are very helpful and kind. We came in for just one beer and ended up grabbing another. The selections on their beer is awesome! I had the Midtown Martian.

I hosted an event here and it was great! The space was fun, clean, and already had a cozy vibe without adding too much decor. Lots of people at the event commented on how cute the space was. Highly recommend.
