Feedback gevenToday is my 50th birthday, and I visited this Starbucks at 7:59 PM, excited to redeem my certificate for a complimentary food or drink item. I didn’t realize that Starbucks locations in the Midwest close early, as I recently moved from a big city. When I walked in, I saw two employees—one woman and another whose gender I couldn't discern. To my surprise, they told me they couldn't serve me because they were closing and wouldn’t accept my birthday certificate, which expires tomorrow. This encounter was incredibly rude and unprofessional. These employees do not represent the values of Starbucks well! The door was unlocked, and it was still before 8 PM, plus I had my certificate ready for the birthday gift that Starbucks offers to its members. I’m truly disappointed in the level of customer service I received!
In my last two visits, the strawberry frappe wasn't blended well. However, it tastes fantastic after I mix it myself!
On November 25, 2022, around 6 PM, I had an unsatisfactory experience at the drive-thru. The man with brown hair and earrings at the window was rather rude. Despite me repeating my order back to him, he still got it wrong. When I checked to see if I had left a tip, he immediately became defensive. I said thank you, but he just walked away, closing the window in a dismissive way.
Starbucks is incredible, and we're huge fans! Whether you're sipping on a refreshing unsweetened iced tea or indulging in an almond milk cappuccino with an extra shot of espresso, there's definitely something for every family member to enjoy!
I'm totally hooked! I really love their iced green tea! Their rewards program is amazing; I get so many free drinks.
