Found old fashioned pork feather bone ribs for German Pork and Sauerkraut meal. Camping this weekend and will use cast-iron Dutch Oven. Life is good!

I dropped off a deer to be processed, I had venison burger, tenderloin, bacon and summer sausage made.Not only were the quick and a great price , but everything tastes amazing. Can't wait until next year to bring in another one

Have been coming here for a couple years for wild game processing. They are always friendly, helpful and quick as can be expected in peak season. I've never had any issues. I usually opt for rough cuts of my wild game, but I do enjoy their summer sausage as well. The jalapeno cheddar is quite good. All depends on how much you're willing to spend here for meat processing but they offer a wide range of options (jerky, sausage, steaks, etc). They also have all sorts of meats for sale here (steak, brats, ground, etc). I've never ordered meat outside of my own wild game, but all of it looks great.

I moved away from Omaha and really miss this place. On our way back home from vacation, I had to stop by. I just had some brats tonight and they were excellent!
