Came here because this spot was highly recommended by a friend, especially for their tarts. The store is located in Old Market. Online pictures and reviews show a wide variety of items, ranging from cakes to tarts to unique chocolate domes. However, the store is very different now. The selection sadly is so small. Macaroons make up a majority of the offering and are a bit pricey for their size. After that, there was the option of pecan or blueberry scones, chocolate or almond biscotti, and apple butter donuts. The staff reported that they have transitioned away from tarts and other items. They said they do offer loaves of bread on the weekends. We opted to try the scones. The blueberry was actually very good. Considering the lack of other options and price, I am not sure I would return to this shop when there are many other bakeries to try.
Fantastic! Absolutely delicious! Your staff member was so patient and sweet to us. We will be back!!
I was really in love with this place thanks to their delicious little desserts, but it seems they have parted way with that and are focusing on the macarons.I respect that decision, but I can't say I am as interested in visiting much anymore without those sweet tarts and perfectly portioned cakes. If that is what draws you to visit this place, I was told they are no longer making them, so just keep that in mind. There are still savory baked goods such as the quiches, croissants, and baked bread.
Tried pistacio, mocha, and birthday cake flavored macaroons and all 3 were like a little bite of heaven! Delicious! I will definitely be stopping in at least a few times a week :
