Applebee's Grill - Greenacres

The foods was horrible. Ordered grilled chicken and smelled like bleach or some cleaning product. You were eating and they were cleaning the vacuum right next to yo. Also the rice was mushy and looked super old. Never again. They need to change the administration.

We ordered from a complex and the person who delivered the food stopped at the front and didn’t bother to call to know which room was ours, so they waited there for 15 minutes. they also messed up two items on our order. one of the items we ordered was nachos, and instead we got chips with queso. this wasn’t enough for a meal, so the money was wasted. another item that was messed up was a burger with pickles on it. instead it had lettuce, tomato and onions but no pickles. very frustrating

The salad was awesome! I always get the Chocolate Meltdown when I go and it never disappoints. Lovely crew here as well!

I visited this restaurant on June 25th to pick up a Doordash order. The hostess was very friendly. When I arrived at the pick-up area, three servers were there and one of them asked for the order name. I waited for 20 minutes for the food. When the same server asked if I had been helped, she gave me an attitude when I explained that I was waiting for her to bring my Doordash order. She then admitted that she had forgotten about it because it was slow, and she was on her phone the whole time.

My husband and I went to dinner three weeks ago on a Friday night. We were passed by four waiters as we stood waiting to be seated. After waiting for 10 minutes, I stopped an African American waiter with long dreadlocks and asked to be seated. The restaurant only had about 15 total guests. The waiter was the worst we've ever had, as he was not attentive and rushed by us. The food was mediocre at best. It was such a frustrating experience that we will not be returning.
