Remedies - Greenbush

I met some friends here for dinner and drinks last night. I ordered the BBQ ribs and a baked potato, and it was definitely worth the drive! The food was delicious, and there was so much of it that I enjoyed the leftovers today too! The staff and owners really make this place a fun experience. Very disappointed in them. We’re a local and we called to order 4 meals. Got told they were too busy to take our food order. I asked if we came in, if we could get food, they said no and hung up on us!We’ve always had Rondi and she’s great but this gentleman was very rude and lost local business. I will be traveling to a neighbor bar from now on. I get that places are busy, but we would've waited and we expected a wait time, the rudeness is what pushed us away! Very disappointed!

I was extremely disappointed with my experience. As locals, we called to place an order for four meals, only to be told that they were too busy to take our order. I inquired if we could come in and get food, but they said no and abruptly hung up on us. We've always had great service from Rondi, but this gentleman was very rude and lost our local business. From now on, I'll be going to a neighboring bar. I understand that restaurants can get busy, but we were willing to wait. It was the rudeness that really drove us away. I'm very disappointed!

The service here is always amazing! Their burgers, fries and ranch are absolutely delicious! They also have a gluten-free bun option for people with sensitivities! I highly recommend eating here!
