First time trying Milkcan tonight. Fish Fry was good but pieces were a little small for the price. I upgraded my fish fry to get sweet potato fries that were average but tasty. As I waited for my take out some amazing staff who were super friendly moved about the cozy establishment. Some of the meals they were delivering looked so good. The desserts which are made on site also looked flavorful and fresh. I tried the chocolate chip cookie and it was unlike I have ever had, with a unique texture and flavor. The outdoor patio was quaint especially with the colorful flowers all around. If you haven't been there before now is the time to check it out.
Came here because word of mouth and didn't disappoint. We got the buffalo chicken loaded cheese curds and it was really good. The cheese curds were a good coat and cheese was delicious. Good hot sauce as well. I got the Greendale Triple Burger, very very messy but really really good. Then my fiance got the Gold Standard and the BBQ and and sauce on the burger was delicious. Both burgers were juicy and salty. Then she also got the tres leche, yummy marshmallows and Carmel. Would come again to try other items on their menu.
My wife and I stopped in for lunch on a Saturday in late June. We were seated right away, host was extremely friendly. They have a nice menu with many options for both lunch and dinner. My wife had the Jacks Gold Standard burger, she optioned for a side salad instead of the fries that came with the burger. Her burger was delicious! The “side salad” was huge, everything was so fresh and crisp. She had the Apple cider vinaigrette dressing it was very refreshing on such a hot day. I had the hot ham and cheese sandwich. The pretzel bun was to die for, the sandwich was outstanding! I highly recommend stopping the Milk Can if your in the area!
On the smaller size so make a reservation or go early but the food is so yummy. A good chunk of items are made in house like the jams, syrups, buttermilk ranch, etc. I had the country fried steak and yummm! I noticed they also have a few vegetarian items on the menu.
