Sonic Drive-in - Greeneville

It was typical sonic every ding was as ordered and tasted what we wanted to love sonic if they never tried, nor do they have to try it!

Their menu says they offer sugar free slushes, then you find out they are made with sugar water, for a diabetic if the server had not known this info this could've been awful. Then my husband got a slushes that wasn't blended together. We ordered a couple of items in drive thru and was given a total then when we arrived at the window we were told they did not have half of our order. Bad experience all around.

My mom doors dashed 2 coffees, and received one of them, and a MELTED milkshake.I wouldn't be as upset but this has happened more than once. I work fast food too but come on, please make sure orders are correct before being sent out!I don't wanna be that type of person but, that's what receipts are for!

Here we go again, first time going to this sonic in months only to be let down yet again. First time trying this Dill Pickle burger and maybe they need to read what is supposed to come on this burger. I ordered two (2) of them, neither one had any ranch, the pickle fries was a joke and I'm not kidding, just 1 on both, and maybe a piece of chopped lettuce between both. My bun for mine was half burnt. Used to like sonic, it's a shame.

On many visits I have had great service and good food. They frequently give promotional items through their app on top of half priced drinks.
