Staff always gets my coffee right I don't have an easy coffee to make

I always come around 8:45pm and they are closed...lights on..not taking orders..cashing out the register. PLEASE UPDATE CLOSING TIME!

It has happened more than once that when I order my drink with almond milk it comes with regular milk. I am allergic to regular milk and this makes me very sick. they also seem to always fill my drink halfway which is not fair to the price i pay, i would just order a small if i wanted the amount they give me

Yeah. They never close unless it's a company approved holiday (there are 6) or a national emergency. Today is neither of those. All the stores are run by the demotas. So all the stores should have online ordering. But for some reason or another: Two stores say they're closed and the only one available says no delivery. 5 stars at deserving no stars.

They consistently make my almond milk latte perfectly, but about 70% of the time, they forget something from my bakery order. The bag may look full, but when I check it later, I'm often missing an item. The wait in the drive-thru can be quite long as well. However, I can see that they're working really hard. As for dietary considerations, it's great that they offer almond milk.
