Subway - Greenfield

Just ordered a 6” tuna on white. The bread was stale, vegetables old and the staff are very uninterested in their roles at subway. I felt like an inconvenience! This has occurred the last few times I’ve been in during various times of day and with various employees. I would not recommend this place.

This is the only place in greenfield that doesn’t seal orders for Doordash drivers. I ask for them to staple the order shut, and they give me an attitude every single time. Seriously guys!?(extra star is for the one lady with glasses who is always nice and respectful when I pick up. I should be able to ask to have the order stapled shut in a bag without the lady behind the counter handing me the stapler and giving me the “other drivers don’t ask to have the bag sealed” I’ll talk to the owner of this location about it if I keep getting treated like this for asking for something as simple as a stapled bag. Give me a break! Bags need to be sealed/stapled so drivers aren’t responsible for when the restaurant forgets an item. Sorry you guys hate it, but every other restaurant does it. Trust me I don’t want to ask either because I know I’ll get a passive aggressive response every time.

Pulled in to get food and the guy that was waiting inside to take our order was watching us through the window and when we didn’t come inside immediately he got impatient after about 3 minutes and ripped off his gloves and stormed to the back to complain and talk to his coworkers and sip on his drink. this made me not want to get food here after because i didn’t like his attitude

I always have gotten great service and food here....very clean place and always fresh food

The food is always good and fresh and the employees were helpful because I'm indecisive. It spent a little more than I thought I would but I did get a delicious specialty sandwich with bacon. So it was worth it. You can pick from a bottle beverage or a fountain drink when u get a meal.
