Amazing eating and excellent customer service. would recommend trying this zizzi’s.

Visited today for lunch with my mum and toddler. Greeted by a very courteous and professional host, who provided plentiful crayon pens and own menu for my daughter to doodle on. The host was even thoughtful enough to offer taking a quick order for my daughter so we didn't have to wait long for her food and therefore she would be distracted. Her food and our own orders all arrived very promptly. Menu is fantastic and food was delicious. Restaurant itself is spacious, clean and naturally bright. Other staff were attentive and friendly. Can't fault our visit today, really happy and will definitely return. Thank you.

In the excitement of restaurants reopening for indoor dining me and my partner jumped at the chance to visit Zizzi in Bluewater. We were greeted by a lovely host outside who showed us to our table, followed by our server (I think his name was Fabio? . Our service was amazing, we tried some of their cocktails which didn't disappoint. Our server was very attentive, and always approaching us at the perfect time, he made the extra effort to talk to us (which we really appreciated . The food we ordered took less than 15 minutes from order to table, which was very impressive, the food was amazing and exactly what we were looking for! This could not have been a better night! But I will be returning for the tiramisu as its the best!

A busy evening at Bluewater Zizzi yet service and food were all top notch. Lovely, friendly staff for whom nothing was too much trouble, and equally lovely family of geese and goslings outside!

The dining experience was pleasant, with a decent atmosphere. It's a great option for vegetarians, vegans, meat lovers, and those with food allergies. The service was satisfactory. However, I found the fresh juices didn't quite meet Wagamama's standards, but they are fine if you're looking for something healthy to drink. Prices are average, but can quickly add up to around £75 for a family of four, once you include meals and drinks. Our kids also really enjoyed it!
