Lucharitos - GREENPORT

This Mexican restaurant has a colorful interior with friendly service, though at times a bit inattentive. The menu has a nice variety of food choices and we tried a burrito bowl and a burrito. The food was fresh, but unfortunately the burrito bowl was not very hot while the burrito was. Surprisingly, the flavor was a bit lackluster. We've had more flavorful meals at Chipotle. We ordered sour cream for the burrito, but it didn't come until halfway through the meal and was an extra charge. The restaurant had plenty of seating available when we were there, so it wasn't overly busy. The prices were very reasonable, so we might give it another try, but we're not sure. Overall, we appreciate honest feedback and hope the restaurant can improve in the future. Best of luck!

I stopped by for a shrimp burrito and it was prepared in just 15 minutes. The shrimp was perfectly cooked, the rice was tender, and every bite was delicious. I will definitely return to try the tacos next time.

I returned for a drink before dinner and sat in the same seats at the bar. Unfortunately, we couldn't get anyone's attention for 15 minutes, which was a bit unusual. However, despite this, I enjoyed the food and drinks. I'm putting the poor service down to a one-off incident.

We had a great lunch. Cool vibe and really good food. Very reasonable priced and kid friendly. No wonder it?s always packed. We?re looking forward to going back.

Before we had the opportunity to sit at the bar, we were welcomed by Nicole, a bartender who is outgoing, friendly, and has a great sense of humor! Then we met Kim, another bartender who is equally enthusiastic. The general manager also joined us and we had a fantastic interaction with him as well. The margaritas were excellent. We ordered the Honky Tonk Nachos and Thai Chili wings, both of which were incredible. We can't wait to return!
