Poblano's Friendly Center

Went with 2 friends on a lunch break. Food and service were great. Had some trouble with this place before on take out orders due to a very rude hostess, but all of our dine in experiences have been great. Booth was a little uncomfortable, but overall a great experience. The margaritas here are very little actual liquor, mostly sugar water. They taste amazing, but not much substance. They are batch made in a large container, not individual servings or fresh made.

Our server Ryan was Fantastic, he consistently checked in with us about our food and drinks. showed compassion about our toddler by being a drink without asking. The food is always top tier. We always come back for the drinks and fajitas.

Poblanos used to be great. The manager got to know the regulars and would come by and say hi. The restaurant was buzzing with people and energy. The food was excellent and the staff was friendly. Those days are long gone. The last few times we went neither the hostesses or wait staff was the same. The food was really terrible... dry and tasteless. We only went back because we were shopping nearby and thought we'd give it another chance. I ended up having the most tasteless Mexican food ever and what prompted this review was that my wife has been sick with food poisoning for two days. Whoever owns this restaurant needs to go and experience it for themselves. Just sit down and try eating your own food and decide if you're going to either close shop and let someone else give it a go, or get your act together so that we can have a good Mexican restaurant again at Friendly Center.

Service from eli was amazing, i will come back again

Excellent food and service! Our server was on his first night and Vlad was perfect! That speaks to the care the msnagers have for their employees to make sure they are trained well! The could not be best either!
