American Deli - Greensboro

I ordered a Garden Salad, which had chopped onions and green peppers. These ingredients made it difficult to eat as a salad. The salad also had iceberg lettuce, shredded colby cheese, banana peppers, and tomatoes. The dressing options were limited, but the blue cheese dressing I chose was amazing. Overall, the salad tasted great with fresh and crisp vegetables. The cashier seemed disinterested, which made communication a bit difficult. The restaurant had a mix of American deli and burger joint vibes. It seemed like they focused on popular meals, but could benefit from offering more variety with the ingredients they have available.

The restaurant on West Market Street is cool, the one on South Elm/Eugene has good food. However, there are many staff members who do not listen and I would not choose to dine in. Overall, the food is rated 5 out of 5.

I was extremely disappointed with my experience at this restaurant. I ordered a Philly cheesesteak expecting it to come with cheese, but unfortunately it did not. The meat tasted like it had been reheated and the fries were undercooked and lacking salt. To top it off, my drink was only half full and without ice. I do not recommend eating here and I will not be returning. It was a complete waste of money.

I've picked up several DoorDash orders here and delivered them to people all over the southern side of the city. Since the employees have been kind and attentive and the orders of food smell awesome I decided to try it out for myself.I asked the cashier if she had an opinion on which wing sauce to try and she, without a second of hesitation, recommend sweet chili. She told me that it's so good that it will make me want to come back.She was right.

Messed up my food and refuse to remake my order and claim they didn’t mess up and wouldn’t give me a chance to speak terrible customer service and the Hispanic man should be fired or retrained on how to talk to people because that customer service is totally unacceptable and unprofessional
