Bruegger's Bagels - Greensboro

I placed my order online and prepaid nearly a week ahead of time. When I arrived this morning, my order was warm and ready for pickup. I purchased a dozen bagels and cream cheese from Brueggers. Despite there being numerous other dishes at the event, my Brueggers bagels were a huge hit and disappeared quickly. They are always a crowd favorite at any gathering.

There are no beats to see near their workspace, so they have to try to remember a dozen or more as they quickly recite them while keeping the line. they also stopped making sun-dried tomato bagels, were made of gurken and the dining room was closed. this place really went down hill.

There's nothing wrong with the food. This gets a star because they haven't got their dining room yet, and because they fired the previous manager who wore the place on their back. There is no excuse for the dining room not being open, but simply laziness. I went to a Bruegger in California and the dining room was open?.it was really laughable. Whoever is the boss must reassess his decision-making process. I will get an automated response to this complaint because again, laziness. At least they fixed the secretive blanket!

The African American lady working on 3/13 was pretty rude. She also closed at 1:15 when they close at 2. She had multiple people walking up to the store and knocking on the window. My bec bagel was good tho.

Amazing bagels!!! This is our go to breakfast almost every weekend. Quick and easy. They have a wide variety of bagels and the hazelnut coffee is the best I have tasted until now.
