Jersey Mike's Subs - Greensboro

My first time trying Jersey Mike's and I must say the sub was delicious! The service could be improved, but the overall experience of the meal was great!

The sandwiches are fantastic and the service is even better. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

The food was good, but the service was terrible. I placed a mobile order and when I arrived to pick it up, they had only made one hot sub and I had to wait an additional 10 minutes for the second one to be made. By the time the second sub was ready, the first one had gotten cold. There was no apology or explanation for the delay. I will not be returning to this restaurant.

They screwed up my order, they have bananenpfeffer or tomaten in the half on my foot long under cutting, my tub-alat was inadmissible, it looks thrown together they forget most of my flavor, they have the oil and edgy on it either I would say that this is the worst service and place ever!

I always frequent this establishment, typically I pickup and the food is always amazing. Today I called in to modify a Grubhub order and the young lady who answered just seemed to not want to help me and was very short. As soon as I said I wanted to modify my order she did a deep sigh and it went down hill from there. I know I?m not coming into the restaurant but I do expect the same treatment as though I?m physically there. At the end of the day I?m still spending money.
