Kfc - Greensboro

I had a fantastic experience at this KFC the other day while making deliveries. Although they were understandably understaffed due to Covid and quite busy, the manager remained patient and courteous throughout the rush, even when some customers were getting a bit restless. The place was incredibly clean and looked newly renovated! I would rate it 5+ stars. I could tell that everyone, including the manager, was working hard and probably underappreciated, but everyone from the front staff to the back kitchen did an excellent job, making my experience one that guarantees my return.

Kevin was fantastic! They had run out of plastic silverware, and he informed us before we placed our order. Fortunately, our meal didn’t need any, but I really appreciated his honesty!
