Longhorn Steakhouse - Greensboro

I gave this place a 3 because of our waitress and the food. The waitress was very short and not personable at all. She was running around doing the job of 3 different people which hats off to multitasking but when I pay 60 bucks for a meal for 2 I want to feel like I matter. My steak was way overcooked. It was good but kinda tough. And the strawberry shortcake we ordered for dessert was a cake with 2 strawberries. 9 bucks I could have made a better one myself and had the whole cake. We used gift cards we got at Christmas and needless to say the waitress got the rest of what was on the 3 gift cards. We both agreed we probably wouldn't be back so she got a 17 dollar tip. And when we went the inside wasn't busy at all.

Typical chain restaurant service was good at this place. the ordered clip-coupler soup was hot. the brussel spouts a little to do with many dry sharing. nothing special or terrible. take was clean quite crowded for Saturday lunch.

That was a really good meal. our server was kadera. he was very attentive and polite. the steak was cooked to perfection. the whole meal was delicious.

I sat the bar had a fabulous customer service! I had the filled mushrooms French wobbles soup that were divine. I would highly recommend that this place is based on my first visit to any case again for some steak next time bc it smelly delicious. many thanks for a great experience!

First I thought it was a local business, everything was nice, from the decoration to the waiter interactions. not bad for a food chain. I took the Renegade-Oberste sirloin and it was delicious.
