Los Chico's Mexican - Greensboro

I ordered fajit, they were good, I had the waiter to add sopes, thought they were the same as soft tacos, because of the picture on the menu. Discovered that it was not what I wanted and asked him to take it back and they would not take it back without charging me, because I didn’t know what I was ordering!!! Asked to take off my bill and give me what I asked for and they refused!!! I will never spend my money there again!!!

There is staff member that is there sometimes, and she is awesome! When she is not there, no one else picks up the phone even when the place is empty. They demand you pay over the phone before they start making the food which is silly... and the online pickup order system is broken. I used to get food from here for multiple people every week, but its often impossible to order ahead, so I hope management fixes the issues.

I ordered the nacho Supreme and my wife ordered the Carne asada. Hers looked like a very thinly sliced steak that was extremely over cooked, the cheese wasn't melted on the beans, and the beans were already in solid shapes like it had sat under the heater and got hard. My nachos were supposed to have chicken and beef on it. There was just a bit more than a golf ball sized amount of shredded chicken that looked dry and there was less than a pinch of beef, only like the sauce of the beef. This place is supposed to be authentic, but the beef sauce looked exactly like the beef sauce from the box tacos from Wal-Mart. I didn't eat any of nacho dish and I let them know my issue with it, I was told that was always the portion given. The manager was rude and only gave me half off of a dish I didn't touch. The appetizer of chunky guacamole was bigger than both of our meals. My wife ate two bites of hers and didn't touch anything else and we still paid 60 bucks.

Need no explanation! Come here and decide for yourself. But honestly not just going off the reviews that I saw before I came to this restaurant, the food was kind of bland. Needing more salt seasoning, paprika, cilantro, or some thing it was missing something. Customer service was halfway halfway. I may come back for drinks again, but definitely not for food.

Delicious food. What stood out the most is that it tasted homemade. I usually don?t get feeling from other Mexican restaurants. The staff was friendly and amazing as well.
