Macaroni Grill - Greensboro

Amazing! Atmosphere was great. Food and dessert were rather satisfying. Great service from waiter, Art. Art was also very knowledgeable of the dishes and of Italian history which made for a very pleasant experience.

The restaurant was not very busy, but we still had to wait around 20 minutes after our reservation to be seated. When our server was pouring drinks, she accidentally spilled wine on the table while trying to help everyone decide what to taste. We also had to remind the server multiple times about things we had requested during our meal. As for the food, it wasn't good. I ordered the Classic Italian Bake, but it was anything but classic. The meatballs were just okay, and the rigatoni was tough. To top it off, the server handed me all the bills for my party to distribute because she didn't remember who each one belonged to. Needless to say, whether it's another birthday lunch or dinner in the future, I will have to politely decline. The server was very polite, and I think she was trying her best; perhaps she was new or not very experienced. I did enjoy the company of my dining companions, so not all was lost—just my future patronage at this restaurant.

Our waitress was sweet and very helpful. The food was absolutely delicious! My only complaint is that the lighting is a bit too dim. I like dim lighting, but I was almost getting drowzy. All around a great experience.

I've loved this restaurant since I was little. Sadly they closed the one in Winston Salem so I've been to this one a few times and it's just as good or better! Amazing, fresh tasting pasta and I LOVE the bread. This is by far my favorite restaurant and it's worth the 30 minute drive! Also the desserts are delicious and I love the Italian sodas they have! The service is always friendly.

I absolutely love this restaurant! The food is fantastic, and the staff is generally very well trained and attentive. There are numerous excellent options on the menu, and the appetizers are delicious. However, I'm giving it 4 stars because there was one occasion when my waiter forgot to submit my order. Rather than addressing the issue, he asked for my instructions on what to do. I suggested he place a to-go order for me so I could leave with my group after they finished their meal.
