Feedback gevenI would not recommend ordering the flatbread pizza. The sauce tasted like buffalo sauce, and when I asked if it was correct, they just made me another one with the same sauce. I will not be making that mistake again. Overall, I would rate the food 1 out of 5.
Today I was visiting the store I ordered my food. I tipped the cashier. I ask for my food and a short lady like 170 pounds came out and because I ask for my food she got very mad , and I feel intimidated. She has braids.It is not a good costumer services and she can be a thread for your business.That happen like 5:30 pm today 6/8/23I don’t want to go back.
I ordered the broccoli mac and cheese and when I returned to the waiting area to eat it, I found that it was cold. It was clear that the frozen broccoli had not been heated before being added, as there were ice crystals in it. This contributed to the mac and cheese being cold as well. Overall, I would rate the food 1 out of 5 stars.
My Panera experience was terrible. Firstly, the restaurant is located in a hospital grounds, which is not clearly stated when ordering online. It was difficult to find the correct entrance and parking lot. After 25 minutes of searching, I finally arrived and picked up my order, only to find that it was incomplete with a missing item. Overall, it was a truly awful experience.
Food is great. The cashier, Lucero, is always very personable and adds a positive energy to the store’s atmosphere. The coffee is always done just right.
