Papa John's Pizza - Greensboro

I literally waited over an hour for an order that they randomly said they can't deliver on my son. very unprofessional

Pizza is always on the spot and they make it fast! Last time I ordered my pizza in 10 minutes. the young are always nice.

Order was place at 7:06pm, checked tracker at 8:10pm and said had been delivered. Checked both FRONT and BACK porch and no food there. Called store after 8:20pm and guy said that it was delivered to wrong home and even though people told them they were at wrong address, order was taken back to store rather than to call customer(myself) or show that order was canceled on app. Guy states he canceled order and funds were not pulled but funds were collected and have not been added back yet! Communication would have been nice at least! I shouldn't have to call over a hour and 15mins later to find out I don't have dinner coming!!

Anyone see onions on half? I can 't see them either. Neither can I taste them. We order here about once every 6-8 months in hopes it 's improved. The answer has consistently been no. They haven 't improved. They continuously find new ways to screw up my order. And their free pizza for my incorrect order has become laughable. So done with this!
