Additionally, the dimly lit windows create a somewhat uninviting atmosphere. It often feels like the place is closed, even when it's not, which gives off an uncomfortable vibe. Although my 10-year-old loves the food, the atmosphere feels unwelcoming, as if the restaurant is closing for the day, regardless of when we visit. It seems like a missed opportunity to create a more family-friendly environment that could invite families to spend time and money at the restaurant.

I love Zaxbys but the Chicen tenders jave been dry, overcooked, shriveled, and salty lately. I have not been in the mood to call the store afterwards to complain. It's become ridiculous. Food is too high for workers to be lazy about the quality of food served.

Everything was fantastic! I even got a big Zax snack for free through the app. Oh, and the soaking machine is truly the best in the world. If you want to keep trying the peach mellow yellow, you won't regret it. Food: 5/5!

The food was good, but the floor is always slippery after being oiled. I have to be careful walking to my table. I've been here at least 15 times in the last six months and the slick floor has been a constant issue. Someone really needs to take a mopping class!

After 20 minutes I went to theke to find that they had lost my command. After 5 minutes I got the wrong salate. I gave it politely to the girl behind the counter and explained that it wasn't what I ordered. another 5 minutes and I was given the right salad with very little chicken and no toast at all. I just took it and left it very unsatisfied. I will not be back to this place soon.
