Overall, we had a fantastic time! The kids thoroughly enjoyed the food, and the service was excellent. We ordered some water cups, delicious mini hot dogs, and cinnamon pretzels. We will definitely be returning and highly recommend this place to everyone!

I reminded my kids to wash their hands with soap due to the virus concerns, and when we returned, they had closed everything down! It was frustrating, especially since they knew we were coming back. The employee could have easily given us some pretzels, but she insisted she couldn't do anything. Even when I offered to pay cash, she still refused. The pretzel warmer was filled with every type of pretzel, and I couldn’t help but ask what they would do with all of them. To my surprise, she told me they bag them up to reuse the next day. I was really grossed out by that! I always thought the pretzels were freshly made, but it turns out they're using day-old ones! I only inquired because I wondered if they took the extras home. Such a disappointment!

We always make a stop for a pretzel because Auntie Anne's pretzels are unbeatable. The service was quick, and I will definitely be returning.
