Feedback gevenI've consistently had disappointing experiences at this Chipotle. Despite giving them multiple chances, I've encountered issues each time. I recommend taking the extra seven-minute drive to the location by the mall — you won't regret it. The staff here often seems annoyed when you place an order for a burrito. The cleanliness is subpar, the portion sizes are small, and they're frequently out of items. The food also lacks freshness, and the staff's attitude leaves much to be desired.
Terrible experience. Do not order online. I spent $40 for three bowls, and they barely filled them with rice and meat, despite me paying for double meat. The rice was old, and they tried to cover it up with salsa to make the plate look fuller. They constantly run out of food, which I assume is why I received such small portions. I will never order from here again.
To make matters worse, they ran out of cheese, which is pretty essential for tacos. I had to ask them to stir the ingredients in the pans, which were completely dried out before they served them. The chicken was not good either. I understand that the job market is tough, but it's important to provide proper training for employees before putting them in such roles. Additionally, the restaurant was not clean; the trash bins were overflowing, and customers had nowhere to dispose of their waste. I observed a lot during those 40 minutes, and I sincerely hope they can improve their service in the future.
This is the only chipotle we ever go to and it used to always be good. It has gone downhill and I understand places can be short staffed but we went twice this week and they had no protein besides chicken both times. Tonight we went for the second time andno steak again so my boyfriend got chicken and the worker offered me the steak from the online order side. Then there was noguacamole so they told me no which is fine but then they offered the lady behind me guacamole as I was paying from the onlineorder side as I was right there? we got take out and after almost eating my whole bowl I find a sticker still on my fresh salsatomatoes and which I understand that could?ve been a mistake as well but seeing how the place ran the last two times we werethere in a week it?s unsettling as they seem sloppy and rushed. There have also only been 3-4 workers there both times we wentand management needs to make sure they have more help especially on a Saturday night with dinner rush. Lastly, I tried to chatwith someone in the app and because the cashier did not give us a receipt they ?can not help me?
Before you rate this place 1 star or criticize the employees because your food was not ready for pick up, remember it is not the employees fault that they get hammered with a bunch of orders at once. Your order does not magically get made in a instant,theres under paid employees trying there best to get all the orders out. Cheer them up next time your order is delayed insteadof giving them a nasty comment, they are trying there best.
