When you see this bright Yellow food trailer at an event, first thing you see is the line. Their food is phenomenal and made fresh when you order. It is 100times worth standing in line, pork belly is great but absolutely wonderful brisket, moist and smoked perfectly.

I have enjoyed working my way down the menu when we see this place at shows and everything is just amazing!! My new favorite is the Pork Belly Tacos. You won’t be disappointed.

Had the pulled pork nachos at the Decatur Co fair... so good! My husband had the brisket sandwich which he loved and shared his pork tacos with me. YUM! That avocado aioli ????????????????????????

I had the Texas Beef Brisket sandwich with seasoned fries. That was the best beef brisket I’ve ever had!! I highly recommend this amazing food to anyone!
