Feedback gevenI ordered a sandwich, and when it was ready, the server completely drenched it in an excessive amount of sauce—almost triple what it should have been. She even hesitated for a moment, realizing she probably overdid it, but wrapped it up anyway and charged me for a messy, dripping sandwich. It's disappointing because this used to be one of my favorite spots to eat. I won't be returning, even if the food were free. If you're unhappy in your job, maybe it's time to consider a change! Food: 1, Service: 1, Atmosphere: 3.

Who should have priority, the customers in the store or someone who called in their order but isn't present and may not arrive for another 10-15 minutes? I was the only customer in the store, yet I had to wait while the staff prepared three sandwiches before even taking my order.
If I coups put negative stars I would they have messed up my sandwich the last 4 times we have ordered from there (on line) even with the store manager there she messed it up too Then my husband went in person and had a sandwich made and the girl who made it said the store manager wouldn't let her chop up the veggies more or just put it on the side so he could chomp it up at home
