Applebee's Grill - Greenville

Jonathan was an excellent server, providing exceptional service and was very friendly! I will definitely be returning to this restaurant!

On 10/13/23, I went to sit at the bar at this restaurant. I placed my order for food and a drink, but it took 25 minutes for them to be brought to me. When I asked the female bartender with tattoos on her neck to clean up the messy area in front of me, she refused and became very rude and disrespectful. Her attitude was terrible, so I had to leave because of her behavior and the unsanitary conditions. This was definitely my worst experience ever at an Applebee's.

The restaurant was quite filthy. We dined in for dinner, and the price per person was over $100. The food was rated a 2, the service a 4, and the atmosphere a 3. The recommended dishes are from the menu.

Our services was gross. My server didn’t look like she wanted to be here and her service reflected that. HOWEVER the manager is the best. Service: Dine in Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

The food is always phenomenal. I don't know what the cooks are doing back there but they can keep it up! The service is really slow. You can be 1 of 2 tables in the whole restaurant and it seems to take forever for them to do anything. 15 minutes to come to your table to take drink order, another 20 minutes to get the drinks and then 45 minutes to get your food. I'm not sure what wait staff is doing behind the scenes but it's a little mind boggling that it would take that long. And if you ask for your check or to go drinks? Well, Good luck. This isn't a one time occurrence. I've been on 3 separate occasions and it's been the same. But the food is good so I'll keep going.
