But, I have the Club Augusta club sandwich consisting of turkey, ham, bacon, cheese, lettuce, tomato, avocado and bacon aioli. What is not to love about that! With fries. The food was good. It was prompt, service was good also. I haven 't had it here, but love the fact that there is a fried bologna sandwich on the menu. That is for sure some Southern comfort food. I drive past this restaurant often and since it was a pretty day, we decided to stop and eat, especially as they have several outdoor picnic tables. The only problem with that is, as nice as it seems, it is right up on the traffic of Augusta Street and you don 't realize how busy that road is until you are trying to have a meal about ten or fifteen feet from the road. It is LOUD. This was an OK restaurant, but if you are going, eat inside.
I have eaten pork BBQ all over the south, and all over Greenville. First time visit here. Taken aback that there was table service. Wife had pulled pork plate with fries, I had same thing but with brussels sprouts and baked beans. The food was very good!
We have visited this restaurant twice for lunch on weekdays and have never been let down. Graham has been our waiter on both occasions and he is incredibly attentive and friendly. I have ordered a burger on both visits and they have been cooked perfectly and full of flavor. The fries are also delicious and come in generous portions. Perhaps next time I will try the BBQ. Overall, I rate the food 5 out of 5.
Amazing food, great service, casual and delicious!! I'm torn between them and Mike and Jeff's as my favorite! Their vinegar sauce is everything though!!!!
Great food, the chicken tenders and fries were a real crowd pleaser with our kids. Brussel sprout and green beans where great, and all the sauces too.
