Feedback gevenI had a frustrating experience trying to order at the drive-thru as the menu was still not working after four months. I decided to go inside to place my order at 11:00, only to find out they were not serving lunch yet. The door I entered through was in a very dirty condition. It would be helpful to know the exact time they start serving lunch. I ended up not placing an order and noticed that the door I exited through was also dirty. Some cleaning is much needed.
Wow!! Great change of pace. Fast friendly service is back! Came back for lunch and those bathrooms smelled so fresh. Clean. I came threw drive threw this morning. 100 times faster, no wait hardly. The manager, Allie is the best position for the Assistant General Manager. I believe she said she was just coming back and training. But I believe that young lady is what you guys need to take Hardees back to were people enjoy coming to, where we can get treated with respect and promt service. I will be back again.Kid-friendliness: They dont have toys for their kids meals, but the friendly fast service is good enough
Can't get enough people to work. Often Can't open the Inside part of restaurant.but those that do work are not compensated enough to keep them.
No waiting, Young man at the window was very pleasant.
Sausage biscuit was cold the biscuit was hard and the gravy and biscuit was cold and hard too they must don't get good breakfast
