Domino's Pizza - Greenville

Delicious pizza and I even took my tour de pizzaschneider for a spin. also their dipping sauces are really good. they also allow half and half cake I really like.

The service was horrific, and it seems the staff has been poorly chosen. When we pointed out what was wrong with our meals, the response was disappointing. Additionally, the girl at the counter was rude and seemed confused about her job. It’s a shame that no one has addressed these issues.

By far best parm bread bites and special order pizza I've ever had from a dominos. I mean, it's always been good, don't get me wrong, but DAMN! Y'all killed it today! Kinda wanna call and see who's working so I know when to order again ? thanx guys!

My wife called to inform the manager that our pizza was burnt. The manager on duty around 7:30 PM was very unhelpful, saying that she couldn't have it remade. When my wife asked for her name, the manager refused to give it and claimed there wasn't a customer service number to report the issue. She was quite rude throughout the conversation.

The pizza was awesome, however the customer service was not good. Everyone working looked like they hated their job and that's definitely not a good look especially when you're in the business of serving the public!
