However, I was extremely disappointed with the amount of cabbage I received in my $13.00 bowl. Although the meal was quite tasty, I felt I could have easily prepared five times the amount for that price. Honestly, my cat eats more than what was served to me for lunch. I doubt I would return unless I were personally invited back by the staff. My main critique is that the base of the bowl was inadequately filled. Since cabbage tends to shrink when cooked, the chefs should account for that and provide a more generous portion. Today, I felt like Genghis Khan treated me like a peasant.
I gave a 4 star bc the serving for the price. I expected more noodles, but the choices on the bar are good food tastes good. The staff was nicely helpful. I would recommend to rent a host bc I was a little lost where to go or what to do as a first time customer. Overall my family I will return the food taste well the experience was good??
So glad we stopped by Genghis Grill! Friendly service, and the food came quickly. We each customized our own bowl, and all of us really enjoyed the food. Since we could choose the proteins, veggies, sauce, and base, it suited each of our tastes. Healthy, good portions, and delicious!
The staff is super friendly. The cooks are really nice and helpful. Food is really good. I loved HuHot which is what this restaraunt reminds me of. Its around 11 to 18 dollars depending if you get a regular bowl or a large. You basically put what you want into a bowl i do meat first veggies then 2 to 4 ladles of sauce. They make it and you pick a starch like noodles or rice and eat. I got Korean Pork with Soy and Garlic sauce, bean sprouts, green peppers, mushrooms, and an egg.
The food was absolutely fantastic! I also loved the margarita. The service was friendly and attentive, making the experience even better. I would definitely recommend this place! I had a regular bowl with an udon noodle base, topped with Korean pork, bacon, ham, garlic spices, jalapeños, pineapple, roasted red paprika, and a mix of G3 sauce (I think) along with a sweet and tangy sauce. It was delightful! The only reason I'm not giving it a full five stars is that I wish they offered the option of several small bowls instead of just one large one. I was a bit apprehensive about potentially ruining my bowl with a bad combination, and if that happened, I'd be out $15.
