Joe's Crab Shack - Greenville

The shrimp tacos and fish and chips were generous in portion. The service was prompt.

I had a delightful experience with my Cajun crab legs steam bowl today. My husband ordered the mahi mahi, but unfortunately, it was overcooked. When the waitress came to check on us, he mentioned that his fish wasn't good. She apologized and walked away. To our surprise, the manager appeared and offered him either another mahi mahi or to remove the charge from the bill. He opted for tilapia instead. The manager personally cooked the tilapia and brought it to our table. My husband really enjoyed the tilapia along with the sides from his original order. We couldn't have asked for better customer service. This made our visit even more special since we hadn't eaten here in years. Our first experience when they first opened wasn't great, but after giving it another chance today, we were very satisfied. We will definitely return!

Adrian was our server a d he was absolutely amazing food was delicious!! And the chef tonight is new and he did an amazing job!!!! We might jus come back from va just to eat here.

The selection was great and potions good for the price in the steampot for two, but it was very salty. Even the butter dip was very salty. I wonder if they have a lower salt option. Lobster tail was rubbery (overcooked? I did enjoy the vegetables that came with the dish.

It was ok but I've had waaaaay better seafood at other places. Especially the snow crab legs
