Mcdonald's - Greenville

I visited around 2:15 PM today. The drive-thru line was quick, and the staff was polite, efficient, and attentive. The food was fresh and served piping hot! The fries were cooked to perfection, and the portions were generous! Great job! This is definitely the best McDonald's in the area. Management should consider giving pay raises to this team. Good employees are hard to find, and when you do, you want to keep them!

The ice machine was definitely functioning properly. I felt for the new guy who had to make my Shamrock shake for the first time, especially with the messy aftermath he had to deal with. I suppressed my guilt and sadness by indulging in my shake, which, by the way, was made perfectly.

This is honestly the worst McDonald's I've ever been to. I've tried coming here several times, and it just keeps getting worse. The management is terrible, and the staff treats customers poorly. It's clear that you don't get what you pay for here. It's really disappointing. I think this place should just shut down.

This McDonald's told us they accept Apple Pay, but when we tried to use it, they wouldn't accept our payment. Additionally, the woman at the drive-thru was constantly on a phone call and extremely distracted. I would recommend visiting a different McDonald's instead.

2/11/21. 8:05 am I coming here for a caramel trap and I get a cup of ice with what is a sad attempt to mix 1oz actual liquid in it, then a ton of whipped cream. I wanted to call, but I have no answer.
