Panera Bread - Greenville

That's it! I didn't think Panera could be messed up, but this place really needs to be inspected by management. The last three times I've been there, they have completely messed up my orders. Today, I ordered and paid for a chicken soup broth bowl with a salad. They didn't give me a bread bowl and the salad dressings were barely filled, not even enough to coat a carrot. The last two times before this, they also gave us incomplete orders after we had already paid for the entire meal.

The staff is amazing and presents themselves positively, the restaurant is super clean, and the food and drinks are fresh and beautiful. It's the perfect place to be on a sunny day with a clear blue sky, making it feel like heaven.

I visited this Panera in the afternoon and requested a cinnamon crunch bagel. Unfortunately, they were out of stock. However, a very friendly Panera employee helped me choose a different option from the bakery. It's interactions like these that make me want to keep coming back to this Panera!

I spent $18 on them to give me the whole wrong order. I ordered a pick 2 with a grilled cheese and chicken soup and a chicken egg shell. did not get the grilled cheese or the bread bowl. I have 2 half filled tassen chicken noodles and a cup of Macn cheese I didn't order. I will never come back, the order is almost always wrong on this disc. I do not recommend going to this place at all.

The food is tasty and I understand they for sanitary reasons they don't put the cream cheese on the bagel but when you're on the road it's very hard to prepare a bagel and drive. The beverage prices are too high so I drink my own water.
