Feedback gevenI've visited this restaurant several times, and each experience has been disappointing. They're often closed, and the area feels restricted. They only seem to want customers to use the drive-through. Just this past Monday, I had a $20 family deal voucher for all mild chicken, but they accidentally gave me spicy instead, and I didn't realize until I got home. I didn’t have time to return since I had to go to work. The staff have also been rude, so I have no desire to go back.
Drive in only. I asked for a 12 piece mixed. Response: we only have breast. Me: what would my wait time be? Response: 15 min wait time 35 min. At the window I requested an addition of two chicken sandwiches and was told they had none at the time, I then requested two apple pies and was informed they only had one. I wanted Popeyes today , but was disappointed overall. The chicken did not taste bad but my total disgust came about 15 minutes ago when I was putting the remaining chicken away and found a press on finger nail in the bottom of the box. Everything is in the trash now and I will never return to this location again. For the most part the majority of the Popeyes locations around the nation that I have patronized have been substandard when it come to service.
This was the worse restaurant I've been to. First they have you waiting in drive thru for 30 minutes. You get to drive thru, they don't say anything. After you say something then they say just a minute. About 10 minutes later, you're saying hello then they say come to the window and place your order. You get to the window and tell them you want a five piece. The cashier ask if they have enough for a five piece and then you're told they don't have enough and it would be 20 minutes. Smh, 1. You knew you were running out of chicken, why not go ahead and cook some. 2. Why keep people in line so long if you knew that you were out of chicken. 3. There were a long line behind me. Instead of letting people know that your out of chicken, you let them sit there and don't say anything. 4. Poor business and 5. Service like this, they have lost me as a customer.
I spent over $28, and the food was disappointing. The chicken and shrimp were cold, the potatoes tasted stale, and the rice was both cold and dry. The cookies were hard as well. I brought the meal to the hospital for my partner to eat while he received chemotherapy, but I ended up having to get food from somewhere else for him. I am still disappointed with my experience at Popeyes and won't rely on them for our meals again.
Excellent service, even during peak hours. The dish was really tasty, although it could have used a bit more flavor. The sides were delicious, but the portions were a bit small. We’re definitely planning to return.
