Tropical Smoothie Cafe - Greenville

It's currently 9:12 AM on Thursday, September 14th, 2023, and I've been waiting to place my order since around 9:04. A woman in a pink shirt walked past me without acknowledging me, despite us making eye contact. She didn't inform me that I was at the counter or that someone would be with me shortly. Now it's 9:15, and after a long wait, I've finally placed my order. I was met with the excuse that their doorbell is broken. I’ve been standing here for over ten minutes, and even though there were four to five employees working, it took three minutes for someone to finally come to the counter. I was the only customer in the store or drive-thru. Normally, I don't complain, but this experience was quite excessive.

Have you changed your recipes recently? My food was quite bland. The flatbread had barely any chipotle sauce, just a few pieces of chicken, and it wasn't even warm. Additionally, it would be great if you could train your staff to be more friendly at the drive-thru. The girl who took my order seemed uncertain about what I had ordered and appeared to be having a bad day. I understand that everyone has off days, but it shouldn't affect the quality of my meal.

The staff is always incredibly friendly and helpful. The smoothies are delightful, and the wraps are equally tasty.
