Zaxby's Chicken Fingers Buffalo Wings

Things have changed at Zaxby's. It was a cluster trying to order thru the Drive-Thru. First of all, they have a person taking orders on a tablet computer around the corner from the menu. Of course like most drive thru's today, you are told to park somewhere while they prepare and bring your food to you. The problem is that their parking CANNOT handle the traffic and it is easy to get in an accident. PLUS when your order is wrong and that is another common problem. It takes forever for them to fix your order. After 15 minutes, my wife got out of the car and walked to the window to get her money back. They need to send their parking lot people to Chick-fil-A in Winterville to learn how it is done.

The Cobb Zalad is good. Efficient drive thru experience

Has anyone had a problem with card number theft? The day after visiting my number was used.
