Noodle Time - Greenwich

The menu at this restaurant is extensive, and all of the dishes we ordered were fresh, generous, and incredibly tasty. The prices are reasonable, and the staff are attentive and friendly. Although it was fairly quiet when we visited at 3pm on a Sunday, we had a great experience and would definitely recommend this place. Thank you.

I had a terrible experience at this restaurant, which is my local spot where I eat frequently. Tonight, I ordered takeout and was shocked by the small portion sizes. When I called to complain, the man on the phone just stayed silent, and when I called back, my calls were ignored. My family and I will not be coming back to this restaurant again.

The reasoning for the review is that the service was very slow and we always had to ask when we wanted something, e.g. to order, to ask where missing dishes were and to pay. It was hard to get their attention and it wasn’t busy. The food was really delicious and tasty and if the service improved I’d definitely go back.

Despite the food still being enjoyable, the experience this evening was very disappointing and my colleague and I have been eating here for over 5 years. The music was too loud, I had to ask for someone to take our order...and noticed customers who had arrived after us, getting their food before we did. There was no attention to detail. At one point, I had to ask where my colleague's main course was, as mine had been served several minutes earlier. The soap dispenser in the gents was empty. I don't believe we shall be returning here

Ordered online over Uber eats and all of it went in the bin. I never had chicken satay so dry and shredded duck so fatty. Will never go here again waist of money.
