Chicken jalfrezi was so poor executed the chicken used was over cooked and dry and it was swimming in masala and oil that had no flavour the chicken makhani was no better. Not sure what type of oil they use but felt a horrid taste in my mouth. The chicken biryani just felt left a water chicken curry mixed white rice. Seriously shocked at how bad the food was. Spent about £40 and we had to chuck most of it away so bad.
Brilliant food brilliant price will use again would highly recommend real punjabi food been there loads of times
Brilliant food closes thing you will get to a real Indian ect good place will definitely return nice staff nice food from an English man to who ever concerned it's a nice meal
Excellent! Highly recommend eating with tandoori roti or naan. We always get takeaway, rather than sitting in. Don't be put off by the basic decor, the Tarka dal is the best!! You won't get Tarka dal like this anywhere else in London.
Use this place a lot for take aways. A lot of what they offer if pre cooked and ready available on display in the counter as you walk in. The small chicken wings are great. But also do have some nice items not on display such as seekh kebabs and lamb chops. We tend to get the items and take home to heat up and eat. The fresh naans made to order are delicious. I’ve ocassionally taken Pakistani breakfast from there paratha, halwa and puri. Call for these items in advance and they will make. Good traditional food although the curries are a bit mild sweet for those who like it real, in which case ask them to spice it up. Basic restaurant set up. It’s where the Asians go to get their food so shows it must be good.
